Various listings in our catalog have samples of MIDI files for you to download and listen to. These demos are short snippets from the actual MIDI file you would receive if you ordered it. We will be adding new demos as time goes by, so be sure to check our What's New page to see what demos we've added.

A word about using plug-ins to listen to our demos: We've found the quality of plug-ins such as Crescendo or QuickTime to be far less than desirable. We hope that you have a high quality sound card with which to listen to our work online. If you don't have a sound card, but do have an external GM sound source and sound system through which to hear the demo, please listen to the files through your external system before you make any kind of judgment on the quality.

The file samples will be named using the Catalog number of the corresponding selection. For example, if you choose to listen to the sample for "W52 We're In This Love Together," just look for a file entitled "W52.MID." Load it into your sequencer or sequencing application as you would any other Standard MIDI file.

If you are looking at and listening to our samples using a computer sequencing program, you'll be able to see the track descriptions for each track in the file. The track descriptions will tell you the name of the instrument, the maximum number of notes played at one time in the track, and whether there is any pitch bend used in that track. These descriptions are from the original and complete file from which the demo was extracted. Sometimes there will be tracks with names, but there won't be any music emanating from the track. We've included these blank tracks to give you a better idea of all the musical parts that will found in the complete MIDI file.
